Juliana DiBona leads the Influence and Social team at Ogilvy Health, partnering with social media, influencer marketing, and earned-first creative strategists to bring integrated digital and social programs to life for global healthcare organizations.
Named to PR Week’s 40 under 40 in 2025, Juliana has built her career in social media marketing, primarily supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies in developing and scaling social and influencer programs. Her client experience spans top 10 global pharmaceutical companies through to pre-commercial biotechs, contributing to more than 50 U.S. and EMEA regulatory approvals and indication expansions across immunology, rare disease, oncology, vaccines, neurology, mental health, cardiology, endocrinology, and infectious diseases.
Beyond product milestones, her work includes direct-to-consumer branded campaigns, unbranded disease awareness initiatives, celebrity and influencer partnerships, corporate social media strategy, healthcare provider engagement, clinical trial recruitment, executive visibility programs, and website development. She is especially passionate about working within integrated, cross-functional teams and leading large-scale omnichannel programs across the full product lifecycle.
Juliana holds a master’s degree in international relations from Sapienza University of Rome and a bachelor’s degree in international affairs from The George Washington University. She speaks Italian and Spanish, and when not scrolling on social media can be found exploring the world with her husband and two children.
