She has led companies through growth, transformation, and commercialization, with a consistent focus on aligning strategy, operations, and culture to drive results.

Throughout her career at organizations including Encoded Therapeutics, Alio, and Cordis Johnson & Johnson, and consulting engagements with AstraZeneca, Genentech & numerous early stage start-ups, Shadi has operated at the intersection of leadership, change, and organizational design. She has led enterprise-wide change management initiatives, built cross-functional governance structures, and partnered with executive teams to shape the environments in which people can do their best work. Known for building high-performing, collaborative teams, Shadi believes that alignment in culture and leadership is often the most critical driver of both employee satisfaction and successful program execution.

​Kyler Murray is an HR, culture, and change management leader with deep experience shaping people strategy across high-growth, mission-driven biotech organizations. Currently Vice President of HR Business Partnering and Change Management at Blueprint Medicines a Sanofi Company, Kyler is recognized for driving transformational change through strategic vision and practical execution that empowers organizations and their people thrive.

​Emily Swick is an employee communications and engagement leader with over a decade of experience shaping internal communication strategies that connect people, purpose, and culture. Her passion lies in crafting engaging narratives, producing impactful content, and designing events that foster meaningful connections across organizations. Emily’s background spans biotech, financial services, and global corporations. She holds a BA in Psychology from Gordon College and an MS in Corporate & Organizational Communications from Northeastern University.
