Carmen Bolívar provides holistic training and facilitation to empower individuals to reach their full potential. She creates engaging, memorable, and effective skills-based experiences that help professionals ascend to new personal and professional heights. Carmen has worked with and trained diverse audiences, including the US Air Force, the National Parks Service, State Farm Agencies, the Anti-Oppression Coalition of the Ohio Alliance, Merck Co., the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility, and various college communities.
She earned her undergraduate degree at Rutgers University and a Master of Social Work from Monmouth University. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Human Resource professional, Carmen brings over 17 years of experience to support individuals, teams and organizations in building confidence, finding balance, and developing lasting leadership skills. Her goal is to help individuals achieve personal and professional success by overcoming challenges, self-doubt, and worries to reach their goals.
