She designs and facilitates leadership development programs, workshops, and team coaching engagements. Carly is also the founder of the 20% Sabbatical, an approach that helps busy, burnt out, high-performing professionals intentionally carve out a portion of their working life to step back, reset, and realign – without stepping away from work entirely.

Kim Meninger is a leadership coach, consultant and TEDx speaker who helps professionals lead with greater confidence and steadiness under pressure. Kim focuses on the internal dynamics that shape how people show up at work, including emotional regulation, self-trust and sustainable performance. She empowers professionals with tools, strategies and insights to shift from reactive behavior to intentional leadership. Scott White is the founder of Scott White Search, an executive search firm specializing in Corporate Affairs, specifically Communications, Investor Relations and Patient Advocacy, across the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. Over more than 20 years in life sciences recruiting, Scott has partnered with companies ranging from emerging biotechs to global pharmaceutical organizations, helping them identify and hire leaders across various functions.
