There’s something powerful about walking into a room where everyone speaks your language. At T2Bmeet events, members mix, mingle, and build connections with old and new friends alike.
We host quarterly T2Bmeets in major biopharma hubs like Boston, NY/NJ, the San Francisco Bay Area, and San Diego, and plan to expand into emerging hubs like London, Chicago, and Washington, D.C. We also align these signature meetups with industry events like JPM, ASGCT, ASCO, and BIO.

The Peer-Learning Practicum (PLP) fosters deeper, meaningful dialogue that goes beyond traditional networking, enabling participants to build connections that often last far beyond the program itself. Open exclusively to T2B Pro members, the program runs twice a year, with registration opening in January and July for five months of monthly cohort meetings. Each session is centered around a shared theme tied to broader community programming, like Comm Convos and Weekly Community Discussion Topics.
Private T2B Slack workspace
T2B Slack is where real-time feedback and idea-sharing happen. With multiple channels to explore, members meet peers in their region, swap tips and insights, and gauge the pulse of what’s on peers’ minds.
