Culture Connect Roundtable
The T2B Culture Connect Roundtable brings biopharma communicators together to engage and excite one of their company’s most important audiences: Employees! This roundtable serves as a space for professionals across corporate, internal, agency, and consulting roles to exchange ideas and navigate the strategies and sometimes complex dynamics of employee engagement.
Roundtable objectives
- Create a dedicated forum for biopharma communicators to focus “inward,” examining how to drive deeper connections with both current and prospective employees.
- Explore the full scope of employee engagement, including culture, trust, and internal communication.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing around key employee engagement topics such as building psychological safety, aligning leadership and employee priorities, and responding to socio-political dynamics.
- Empower biopharma communicators to more effectively partner with leaders and cross-functional colleagues to shape an engaged and committed workforce.

Eligibility requirements
Applicants must have:
- A passion for employee engagement.
- The ability to volunteer 3-5 hours/month to co-create quarterly Culture Connect events and monthly resources for the broader T2B community.
- The drive to participate in quarterly roundtable team meetings and contribute ideas and feedback.
- An active T2B Pro membership.
