No One Has It All

When we talk about career growth in biopharma communications, it’s easy to focus on what’s listed in job descriptions—scientific literacy, media relations, leadership experience.

But lately, so many of those descriptions read like “unicorn” roles: a lower title, a smaller salary, and three jobs rolled into one.
