This one-hour interactive workshop was created for introverts looking to build confidence in amplifying their strengths, and for extraverts seeking to deepen their understanding and relationships with introverted colleagues.
Learning objectives
- Clarify what introversion really is and what it isn’t
- Identify limiting beliefs that may be holding you back, and reframe them
- Recognize introverted strengths and identify strategies to increase visibility and influence
- Create an action plan to implement strategies to show up with more visibility and presence in ways that feel natural and effective
